No. Your name, address, phone number and employment history stay in the browser tab you have open, and nothing is written to this computer — not even a draft. Nothing you type is stored in a database or sent anywhere, which is worth knowing, because a resume is one of the most complete personal profiles you will ever type into a web form. The trade is that a refresh loses the work, so save a draft file when you have something worth keeping.
Only if you saved a draft file. Click Save draft to a file before you leave, and it downloads a small .json you keep; Open a draft reads it back, on any machine, in any browser. Nothing is remembered automatically, so without that file a closed tab is gone. Keep the exported PDF as your finished copy and the draft file as the one you can still edit.
The exported PDF has selectable text. The ATS checker can show observable parsing issues and suggest fixes, but its score is a heuristic. It cannot predict a specific employer’s system or guarantee a screening outcome. Review the exported PDF and favour a simple layout.
One page for most people, two if you have a decade or more of relevant work. If yours is spilling onto a second page by a few lines, the page-scale setting will tighten everything a little rather than making you cut a job; if it is spilling by half a page, cutting is the better answer.
